Refund and Return Policy - Final Sale
At QUARTZ ET QI FENG SHUI, all sales are final and definitive due to the unique, custom-made, energetic, or personalized nature of our products and services. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
1. Physical Products
This policy applies to all our bracelets (Intention, BAZI, Yoga, Exclusivity, Energy) and our chakra medallions. Shipping and transportation responsibility lies entirely with the delivery service provider.
2. Digital Services and Products
In accordance with the laws of Canada, the United States, and the European Union, the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized services, and downloadable files are therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
This applies to all Feng Shui services (Flying Stars, Home Natal Chart, and annual adjustments using the BA ZHAI method for the home) and all BAZI astrology analyses (Basic Analysis, Complete Analysis, and 10-Year Pillars Analysis), as well as all e-books, which are available for download immediately upon purchase.
